The Mount Pleasant Music Studio is a clean and welcome environment for everyone to enjoy!  To help us keep things running smoothly, please be aware of the following Studio polices:

1. No smoking in the Studio or on the premises.
2. No food or drink allowed anywhere in the Studio.  Finish up those snacks in the car!  :-)
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please do not leave your child unattended and be sure to be sure pick up him/her on time.  The MPMS and instructors cannot be responsible for students left unattended after their scheduled lesson time.
5. Payments can be made by check or cash only; please make checks out to the instructor.
6. Lessons are given Monday - Friday; Saturdays possible, no Sundays, major holidays, or as indicated 24 hours in advance by the instructor.
7. A materials fee is required for new students.  Discounts may be available.  Bundle your lessons and SAVE!  Rates vary by instructor and lesson package.  Contact us for further details!
8. All payments are due at the start of the lesson.
9. Payments by check are preferred, made to the instructor. Cash is also acceptable; the instructor cannot make change and will not accept coin for payments. No credit check, credit or debit card payments accepted.
10. Sessions scheduled on a regular basis require payment for at least one month in advance.
11. Advance payment reserves only the time scheduled.
12. All payments and communications must be made with the instructor directly, and are not considered valid until that time.
13. Lessons cannot be scheduled less than 48 hours in advance.
14. Payments are due on the last date covered by the previous payment.
15. Reservation of a regular time slot becomes forfeit if advance payment is not made on the due date or if two or more lessons in a one month period have been missed or canceled without making other arrangements.
16. Advance payments cannot be refunded. However, in some cases, credits may be transferred between family members.
17. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required on a rescheduling or cancellation of a lesson.  Any change of schedule made less than a week in adavnce cannot be guaranteed; please make contact with the instructor ASAP for scehdule changes.
18. Cancelation policy: please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule.
19. A lesson becomes forfeit if the student is more than 10 minutes late.
20. In the event the instructor is more than 10 minutes late for a lesson, contact the instructor ASAP the same day.
